My name is James Ashley. I am the Human Resource Manager to BASF Global Chemical Company. Our company is involved in exploration and production, retail marketing, transportation and storage, wholesale distribution and marketing, and exportation of crude oil and petroleum products in general.
Our international head office is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Our regional logistic office is in London, United Kingdom. Our company has just entered into new contractual agreements with some firms from USA for continuous and large supply from us twice every Month to them in USA.
Our new clients in USA according to the agreement shall be making payments for our supplies strictly by Checks/secured Bank Transfer. For effectiveness and efficiency reasons, I have been charged to recruit, short list and employ an administrative assistant / book keeper for the company in USA so as to eliminate the discomfort we are encountering on payments receipts from our clients in USA.
Please note that taking this job does not require you to quit your present job if you already have an existing job as it does not require any emergency without a prior notice. It does not also require any special arrangement or fixed schedule. It is flexible and you can work from home or wherever.
JOB DESCRIPTION -Performing data entry, Book keeping of account and transaction record & Preparing simple financial statements to employer. -Assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable & Interfacing with the accounts receivable and accounting departments. I. e Receiving payment from clients and posting amount to employer through the company's accountant. -Preparing statements to employer if customer fails to respond & Initiating re possession proceedings or service disconnection -Marketing communication by mail and telephone & Ensuring the accuracy of information received and delivered. ... All on a Part time basis with flexible working hours and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: Primarily, what you will be doing for the company is receiving payments from our clients within USA, get it duly processed in your bank, deduct your salary as at when due, and forward the balance to the company through the company's accountant and strictly according to the company's instructions. Therefore, you must be capable of receiving wired funds through your account from the company's client in USA amongst other duties.
QUALIFICATION -Applicant must be at least 18 yrs of age, fluent in English language, must have citizenship or have residence/work permit in USA. -Applicant must process a friendly and cheerful attitude and must be willing and ready to follow and abide by the instruction from the company's representative accurately and without default.
WAGES / SALARY PLAN 20% bonus of processed payments + $2,000 monthly + a Notebook at the end of the first month with us. Successful applicant will be paid $500 part-payment and $1,500(balance) at the end of each work month. There is provision for IOU in case of an emergency need but will be deducted from the salary at the end of the month.
