Support - Install Instructions

When you downloaded the FWI Fraud Shield, you should have been prompted to install the software from the Install Wizard. If you did not, you can install the FWI Fraud Shield by executing the Setup file you downloaded.

Step 1: Find the location of the setup.msi file which was saved when you downloaded the FWI Fraud Shield.

Step 2: Double click on the setup.msi file icon.

Step 3: Follow the steps of the Setup Wizard to install the FWI Fraud Shield.

Step 4: Close the FWI Fraud Shield Setup Wizard. The FWI Fraud Shield is now installed.
