Support - Turn On / Turn Off Instructions

The FWI Fraud Shield options can be accessed by 2 methods:

1. Click on the FWI Fraud Shield Tool in your Internet Explorer Toolbar.

2. Navigate through your Start Menu > Programs > FWI Fraud Shield.

The options dialog box is displayed.

Turn On

Step 1: Select On (Recommended).

Step 2: Click OK.

Step 3: Close all Internet Explorer windows.

Turn Off

Step 1: Select Off.

Step 2: Click OK.

Step 3: Close all Internet Explorer windows.

Note: After making Changes, All Internet Explorer Windows must be closed. Changes will take affect when Internet Explorer is reopened.
